CLASSES for all fitness levels

We have a diverse, fun schedule of classes with incredible instructors. They are there to push and motivate you while teaching you new techniques and good form. All classes are included in memberships, however, you also have the option to choose class packs or pay as you go to make sure however many classes you want to attend, you have a viable option.

Our Spin classes will make you sweat, no two ways about it. You’ll be climb long endurance hills, up short fast hills, race along flats and accomplish incredible mountain bike jumps all on a stationery bike. This non impact class is perfect for all levels, your are in control but the instructors will always make you work that bit harder!
HIIT class Olney Fitness Hub

A real cardio calorie killer class. Our HIIT Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that increases cardiovascular fitness, improves speed and maximizes calories burnt. Using a variety of body weight exercises and maybe the addition of plates to up the intensity. It provides the challenge you need to get results fast with an instructor that knows how to get the best out of you and push you to your best. Come and try it out.

Using lightweights for high reps will leave your body feeling like its had a total body workout.  Combining kettlebells with Barbells is a brilliant calorie burner. It complements strength and conditioning with functional movements and loosing fat. It is also fantastic for building muscle. Boxing Fitness Class Olney Fitness Hub

This class using boxing footwork, punch combinations and conditioning exercises to give you an immense workout! End this with a core blast and a burn out for a killer finish. Work on your own either shadow boxing or on a bag or with pads in pairs. Pad work is only permitted for household pairs or same bubble and everyone must bring their own gloves and focus mits.

At our Bootcamp unlike many others you will have fun using a wide variety of kit to keep things interesting. Think battle ropes, tyres, TRX, boxes and the like, using interval training so it will be fast paced with minimal rest. However much we encourage you however you are in charge of your work out and ever exercise can be regressed or progressed to suit each person. Come and join us!

A dynamic class with a variety of asanas ranging from basic to advance, allowing options for the novice to experienced yoga student. Incorporating some aspects of the ashtanga sun salutations and fundamental poses this class is guaranteed to leave you feel energized and empowered. The flow will vary every session along with the music.

Mat work exercise class. A particular focus on core strengthen and proper posture alignment. Originally called ‘contrology’ as a way of helping athletes gain more control in their chosen disciplines. Improve muscular balance and develop holistic strength in the body. Pilates will help you walk taller and happier

Mummy & me
Finding childcare can be difficult, so bring your little one along to workout. Non-judgemental baby friendly workout space. Small group exercise that focuses on pelvic floor and core recovery, and strengthening exercises that compliment daily mum life. Taught by qualified post natal specialist.

It’s a fantastic full body workout choreographed to music that challenges all major muscle groups. You will get lean, toned and fit in no time. Its all about the reps while using light to moderate weights. Expect to burn up to 600 calories a session.

Our 6+ class promotes fun, participation, discipline and most of all a positive learning environment for all our young boxers. Great for coordination and fitness for your little ones.

The 10+ class is coached uses a variety of different drills to improve their coordination, strength, power, timing and speed. Pad work only permitted with partner in the same bubble or household. All boxers must come with own gloves and pads.
