Over the years, I have been to, and been members of I would say at least 8 gyms, and not 1 of them comes close to or measures up to the feel, professionalism and personality of this one. I moved back to the UK after 10 years, and everyone at the gym welcomed me like part of the family. Natasha the owner is the heart and soul of this Gym, she breaths it, lives it, is committed to it and every single member, and it shows. And you can feel it as soon as you walk in. It’s like being part of a big family.

Love this place! It has just the right mix of the equipment and classes that I’m after, with the flexibility of an app so I can book classes easily along with friendly staff who have been nothing other than encouraging, professional and friendly.

A great gym with really friendly staff. The owner is warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. My 6 year old son has had several boxing lessons with the P/T Mike who is amazing with him and my son loves going to the lessons! I’ve also had a few P/T sessions with Mike and he really listens to what people want from their time with him and he’s great to train with. Since they reopened after lockdown, I feel safe and secure in the distancing and sanitizing measures they are taking and I’d recommend this lovely local gym to anyone-it’s a real community hub and I wouldn’t be without it!
