Here at the Fitness Hub Olney a 4.5ft rig sits in pride of place with monkey bars, squat racks, dip bar, landmines , TRX and cable attachments. Placed around the gym you will find battle ropes, slam balls, wall balls, power bag, plyo boxes and kettlebells up to 24kgs to incorporate into your workouts. You can easy get addicted to this style of training. Into Cross Fit, we have it covered!
